Bookings and Events  The Hall is available for hire to local organisations, businesses and individuals in accordance with the Hiring Policy and the Standard Conditions of Hire. During the booking process you will be asked to confirm that you have read and accepted the Hiring Policy and Standard Conditions of Hire.  Standard Conditions of Hire  The Village Hall Committee has introduced the Hallmaster online booking service. This allows enquiries and bookings to be made directly online. Please follow the link below to start your booking. Payment will generally be required via PayPal. The Bookings Administrator is Helen Fothergill.  Hire charges from 1 September 2023 are:    Main Hall Small Meeting Rooms  Regular activity user (clubs and classes): £12 p/hr £6 p/hr  Topcliffe/Asenby parishioner: £15 p/hr £7.50 p/hr  Non – resident / parishioner: £30 p/hr £15 p/hr  Parishioner’s children's party: £15 p/hr Session includes 30 minutes   set up and 30 minutes clear up.  Non-parishioner’s children’s party: £30 p/hr Session includes 30 minutes   set up and 30 minutes clear up. Parish Council Meeting: No Charge  Day hire for elections: £250   Measurements and room capacity Main Hall – Measures 14 x 8 metres. Holds a maximum 95 people seated or standing. Downstairs committee room – Measures 4 x 6 metres. Holds a maximum 20 people. Upstairs committee room – Measures 4 x 6 metres. Holds a maximum 20 people.  Charges relating to the hire of the main hall and committee rooms also include use of: Female, male and disabilty toilet facilities. The kitchen with cooker/oven, dishwasher, refridgerator, sinks and other equipment. Fixed location projector and screen in main hall. Sound system in main hall. 9 large foldaway tables measuring 72 x 27 inches. 4 smaller foldaway tables measuring 48 x 27 inches. Plus a number of various smaller non-matching tables, including 2 x large trestle tables. 60 green cloth upholstered chairs in the main hall. 20 black plastic chairs on storage trolleys in main cupboard off main hall. 26 blue plastic chairs in storage cupboard off main hall and in upstairs committee room. 22 red plastic chairs in storage cupboard off main hall. 12 gold fabric (carver style) chairs in rear committee room. 1 x wheelchair.  To make a booking please click on the link below: Hallmaster Booking System  The Event Organisation Checklist is a useful guide for use by event organisers.
