Topcliffe Parish Council Audit and Assets
The Transparency Code came into effect on the 1st April 2015 and applies to Parish Councils with a turnover of less than £25,000.
To comply with the code, Topcliffe Parish Council publishes details of all items of expenditure in the meeting minutes.
A Certificate of Exemption and an Annual Governance Statement are published annually.
